What to Bring: Your own yoga mat, a beach towel or yogi toes towel for inevitable sweat, a big water bottle to hydrate, electrolytes to add to your water. Arrive 15 minutes prior to class to get settled in and ready to rock!

Robert S. Melesko | Co-Founder/Owner | Bob grew up in Rochester, New York, and spent many years studying the martial arts, specifically Okinawan Karate, trained under Master Joseph Jennings for Isshin Ryu, received his Black Belt in Shorin Ryu, and received his Brown Belt in Judo. Bob has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, is a Senior Director of Engineering at GTECH, and Studio Manager of Wayland Square Power Yoga.
Christy Melesko-Muriente | Assistant Studio Manager | Christy graduated with a Bachelors in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Phoenix. She enjoys horse back riding, yoga, and animal rescue. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Geo, adorable daughter, Anya, and her two rescue dogs Sam and Boody.
